Common questions
Where is my farm saved?
On your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes your farm, so it can't be moved to another phone.
I bought the Starter Pack. How do I get it back on a new phone?
Open the Gem Shop (tap 💎 at the top) and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Gem packs are used up when spent, so they can't be restored.
A purchase didn't arrive.
Close and reopen the game with an internet connection. If the gems still aren't there, email us. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
